I have been a lawyer in the Pacific Northwest since 1981. I started my own law practice in 1992; owning my own law office allows me to work closely with each of my clients in all aspects of their transactions, businesses and legal situations. I focus my practice on helping people and businesses with commercial and residential real estate and business transactions and related legal issues.

I work with a variety of clients — from individuals and families to businesses and professionals — in a wide range of legal matters, including:

• Commercial and residential real estate: I assist clients who are buying, selling, leasing, developing or managing property. I have experience representing clients in drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, including loans and mortgages,  construction agreements, leases, purchase and sale agreements and many other real estate related documents.
• Business transactions: I assist clients in a wide variety of business transactions. I draft, review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, stock purchase agreements, employment agreements, service contracts, loan agreements, supplier contracts and many other business transaction documents.
• Business entity formation:  I counsel clients on choice of entity, draft and file corporation, limited liability company or partnership formation documents, handle licensing matters, advise on entity governance and draft internal contracts for the business. I can serve as your legal resource person as you work to get your business started.
• Representation before governmental agencies: I represent real estate owners and professionals in dealing with governmental agencies and work hard to protect your interests.
